Data generated for our paper at ACM CPSIoTSec 2025

We release a dataset consisting of five types of downloadable files containing IoT network behavior data:

📄 MUD profiles

Ten JSON-formatted files (in MUDfiles), each containing the MUD (Manufacturer Usage Description) profile of a consumer IoT device

🌐 IoT Traffic traces

Ten URLs (in realPCAPs), each linking to an external source hosting a ZIP archive of PCAP traces for a consumer IoT device

📝 Behavior grammar

Nineteen JSON-formatted files (in MUDactivityFiles), each containing a MUDactivity behavior grammar file representing the expected service flow of a consumer IoT device, spanning ten different IoT device types

📊 Attribute values

Nineteen CSV files containing service flow attributes, provided for both real traffic (in realAttributes) and synthetically generated traffic (in synAttributes)

🔍 Synthetic PCAPs

Four PCAP files (in synPCAPs), each representing a service flow from a consumer IoT device, span four different IoT device types
